Organizational Discovery Call

Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to complimentary Organizational Discovery Calls with The HR Glow Up. Discovery calls are offered by invitation to prospective organizational clients following review of an Organizational Inquiry. The purpose of the call is to better understand the organization’s needs, priorities, desired outcomes, and potential scope of work, and to determine whether The HR Glow Up may be an appropriate partner. Discovery calls are exploratory in nature and do not constitute a consulting engagement, legal advice, or a commitment by either party to move forward. Specific recommendations, deliverables, or solutions are not provided as part of the complimentary discovery process. Any consulting services will be subject to a separate scope of work and client agreement. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. If you arrive late, the call will still end at the originally scheduled time. If The HR Glow Up needs to reschedule, you will be offered an alternative time.
