I have spent my career working inside the realities of HR, supporting employees, managers, executives, and organizations through complex employee relations, organizational change, HR operations, workplace challenges, leadership decisions, process improvement, training, people initiatives, and everyday situations that don’t fit neatly into a textbook.
This experience shaped my belief that good HR requires understanding the business, asking better questions, seeing the bigger picture, and addressing what’s actually getting in the way. I believe that strategy only matters if it can be implemented, and it was this practical, people-centered philosophy that led me to create The HR Glow Up.
